I hope this little write-up has helped out. A good strategy would be to destroy Persona by activating a second, thus maintaining the draw effect from the tributes to Ritual Summon Psycho.

Using Amorphactor Psycho is a totally personal choice - but remember that Pre-Preparation can't search it, since Persona is a field spell. If you use Magical Abductor to search for Amorphages, however, keep in mind that Lysis' setting scales from the deck does not count as a spell activation, and Abductor won't gain a counter.

#Does amorphage infection effect stack skin
Infection and Persona are absolutely vital to the deck - Lysis less so, but it can come in handy for swapping scales. Methicillin-Susceptible Staphylococcus Aureus (MSSA) is a type of skin infection that that is caused by a commonly found bacteria on your skin. Against Monarchs, by the way, an ideal Game 2 setup would be Lechery and Wrath. They can be considered as the embodiments of dragons due to being an Eldritch Being. Wrath prevents all non-Amorphage monsters from being tributed - so Stormforth and Kaiju can still use their effects. This setup totally prevents Monarchs from using the Squire combo - but be careful. My personal recommendation would be Wrath, who blocks tributes. But in wintertime, the temperature difference is much greater. In summertime, the temperature difference between indoor temperatures ( 73-79 ) and outside temperatures ( 85- 95 Fahrenheit) might only be 20 degrees. While Lechery would obviously be a good second scale, due to spell negation, it has two drawbacks - it negates Persona, which hurts your draw power and survivability, and you cannot pendulum summon while you also have Gluttony, as they're both scale 5. The stack effect is compounded in the wintertime because there is a larger temperature difference than there is during the summer. An ideal first scale would be Gluttony, since almost every deck relies on monster effects these days. You don't know what you're playing against, after all. Pot of Riches is just as good - it lets you recycle the Amorphages which cannot be pendulum summoned (Lechery, Gluttony, Sloth and Goliath), which helps especially in the case of Lechery and Gluttony, who have incredibly powerful scale effects.įirst game, Amorphage struggle especially.

If an 'Amorphage' monster you control is Tributed, you will draw a card for Amorphous Persona, and then you can choose whether or not to activate the effect of Amorphage Infection. It is applied immediately after you Tribute. In addition, there are at least 4 monsters in the theme that are incompatible levels for their scale. The effect of Amorphous Persona is not an effect that you activate, as it does not start a Chain. Igknight Reload is a brilliant card - you can keep scales you want and shuffle everything else. At the very least, Amorphage are slow to start. Unfortunately, they just aren't competitive.Ĭards that help Amorphages are mostly generic pendulum support.
